At Dreamxmart, we aim to provide a transparent and reliable shipping experience for all our customers in the United States. This policy outlines our shipping procedures, timelines, and costs.

1. Shipping Cost

  • Standard Shipping: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders within the United States.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently only ship to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations at this time.

3. Order Processing & Timelines

To ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible, please note the following timelines:

  • Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM (EST) — Monday to Friday.
  • Handling Time: 1–3 Business Days (Monday – Friday). Orders placed after the cut-off time or on weekends will begin processing the next business day.
  • Transit Time: 5–12 Business Days (Monday – Friday).
  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 6–15 Business Days.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information is effectively updated within 24–48 hours. You can track your package directly through our "Track Order" page or the carrier's website.

6. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Dreamxmart is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us at support@dreamxmart.com immediately. We can only make changes if the order has not yet been processed.

7. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placement. Once an order has entered the processing phase, we are unable to cancel it. In such cases, you may follow our [Return Policy] once the item is delivered.

8. Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Shipments

  • Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the damage.
  • Lost Shipments: If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please check with your neighbors or local post office before contacting us.
